Sleeping baby in the emeibaby carrier

Blissfully dozed off

After cuddling body to body, it slumbers deeply and tightly. Carrying is the perfect sleep aid. Your baby is used to the gentle rocking from the stomach. It can smell you, feel your heartbeat and breathing. Even if your baby is upset and restless because of teething, gas, or just being restless, maybe because of a growth spurt, carrying makes your baby relaxed and calm.

Carrying also helps to build a healthy bond and thus strengthens your child's basic trust. And one thing all baby-carrying parents will tell you: You can't spoil a child too much by carrying them. Carrying is the most natural thing in the world and it is only for a short time anyway, because at some point your child wants to explore the world and only be carried rarely and one day the baby wearing time is over anyway.

Sleeping aid - what if the baby wakes up when laying down

The baby in the photo fell asleep while being carried and was then placed on the bed. So that it doesn't wake up, the carrying mom simply put it down together with the stretcher. If you try this, you'll find out maybe that your baby will wake up as soon as you go away with your body. This is because your baby notices the temperature difference and suddenly lacks closeness. Therefore, try to lay down as slowly as possible and, as soon as your baby is safely laid down, place both hands on the baby's upper body and wait a moment until you slowly remove your hands. Make sure your baby registers that you take your hands away. If so, then place them again on the torso and slow down the removal.
